I pre-ordered The Walking Dead: The Final Season, and I was supposed to get The Walking Dead: Collection as an incentive for pre-ordering but I never got it? Even after Final Season just released today. I don't know what's going on.

I Pre-ordered The Walking Dead: The Final Season. The description says I get The Walking Dead Collection when I preorder, but I cannot download it. When do I get this?

I have the same problem, i bought the pre order, and if i search for the collection it states the normal price for it.

I searched for the TWD: The Collection on the Xbox Home and it doesn't show as free. I've asked on Trueachievements and other people are having the same issue. I spoke to Xbox Support over the phone and they said there's an issue but they didn't explain
further.

 

I hope they can fix this soon!

Maybe Y'all should wait, may guys are reporting this, so it's problem with the pre order game.

 

My last message did not go through, but i just checked the collection on the xbox store and now i got it for free, all you guys should try to check now!
