Pre-Order of ReCore for XB1 free game code not received

Pre-Ordered ReCore for the Xbox One back on 09/12/16. Realized after 10 days of receiving the physical copy of the game that I never received the code for Banjo-Kazooie Nuts and Bolts. Contacted Microsoft Store via chat, they redirected me to Xbox via
chat. Xbox told me that it was Microsoft Store's issue. I was then told AGAIN by Microsoft Store that Xbox had to send me the code. Microsoft Store confirmed the order date but Xbox is seeing the Release Date for the purchase date which we think is the
issue. Just want my free game!

Over an hour of my life I'll never get back and STILL no code!

I didn't receive the code for one month of EA access after I purchase Madden NFL 17

I pre-ordered Madden 17 and as part of the promotion for pre-order I was suppose to get a code for one month free of EA Access. I have not received this code, while several people I know have already received their codes and their order was processed
the same day as mine

I pre-ordered Madden 17 and as part of the promotion for pre-order I was suppose to get a code for one month free of EA Access. I have not received this code, while several people I know have already received their codes and their order was processed the

Update, 1.5 hours and still no code. Sent over the screenshot from MicrosoftStore.com/store to prove the Pre-Ordered date so we'll see if and when they get back to me. It's down to principle now for me. I want what was promised to me by pre-ordering
the game. If Microsoft cannot clean up their eCommerce sites, I may never purchase from them again. Unfortunate too as they run some very enticing deals.

Update - yesterday Xbox support got back to me with the Promo Code for Banjo-Kazooie Nuts and Bolts! Was able to redeem it online with no issues so I'll know more when I get home to see if it downloaded or not. It was a very trying experience but glad
Microsoft was able to hash it out internally and get it resolved for me! Some faith has been restored!

No I received a $10 digital gift card code from the Microsoft Store for pre-ordering the game. The code for Free Fall came with the game.
