Discus and support Pre order of a delux game for it to not work and have to re install in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Jurassic world evolution released today as im sure many know.     Pre order of a delux game for it to not work and have to re install


    Jurassic world evolution released today as im sure many know.

    I for one have been waiting for it for months, i paid for the deluxe edition pre order. Installed it all once it was available in prep for playing today! Only that didnt happen, on trying to launch the game it wouldnt load past the main menu and new game
    screen. It just crashed and sent me back to the xbox home screen repeatedly!

    With contacting Microsoft and going down the avenues in which they sent me it ultimately came down to uninstalling then reinstalling. So now ive paid extra money on a game ive been excited for, for months to now not get to play it on release! I got no apology,
    only a "this is all you can do" i feel like ive been robbed in all seriousness. And the whole experience of starting a new game has been trampled.

    Could well be the last straw for me and Microsoft!

    ufc 2 pre order content no longer working

    my pre order content for ufc 2 is not showing up in my re install but it shows in my trans that did pre order the game

    Another klassic costumes question...

    Un-install the alts even the ones that were pre-order and the klassic alt pack 1 and then re-install the klassic alt pack 1 without the pre-order alts and see if that works, if you dont have the klassic alt pack 1 than clear your cache and re-install the
    pre-order alts. It is possible that there is interference between the pre-order alts and the klassic alt pack 1 that is causing the problem.

    Nothing has been taken away from you. If you pre-ordered the Xbox one version, you will have to re-pre-order it as the release date changed. If you ordered the deluxe version that contains the Xbox one version, you’ll have to re-pre-order it for the same reason.

    All Deluxe orders were cancelled as it contains the Xbox One version, and the date was changed on that to April

    Pre-orders with the new dates of fulfillment are now open and you can re-order the game

    "The cancellation is due to the delay of the release of the Xbox One version which is included with the Digital Deluxe Edition for Xbox Series X|S. You'll be able to pre-order again and play when the game launches for the Series X on February 10th, 2023!”

    That game is listed as for both the Xbox One and the Series X/S. Basically, you order it and then the system employs what is called "Smart Delivery" to determine which console you have and download that version accordingly. So you would play the XBox One version on your current console and then, as mentioned by the IA, if you bought a Series X or S and installed the game, it would install the "Optimised for Series X/S" version on that console
