Pre-Order Might Get Canceled not Sure

I would like to know if my preorder is going to be canceled or not cause im really worried and want this item which is the Xbox Series S and Im Pre Order today and i recive a email from microsoft saying “ Thank you for shopping with us on Wednesday,
November 4, 2020. Unfortunately, we aren't able to authorize the selected way to pay for your Microsoft order. Pick another way to pay to make sure your order isn't canceled. We look forward to getting this order to you!” Im not sure why im getting this because
my card is valid and has money on it and is not expired

MS support never got back to me so I've cancelled the pre-order. Poor customer service

Warning to anyone thinking of pre-ordering the game on the console to get the free rainbow six games, you might get the wrong code and support staff can't do anything about it but cancel the pre-order.

I thought it was a bit meh, graphics were poor but maybe they were meant to be like that, i might cancel my pre order as im not sure its a game id get much play out of

Egg the point is not to make an Atari 2600 controller compatible, but making the already proprietory Xbox 360 code compatible.

Sorry but its nothing to do with Turn 10. They develop the game not the hardware interaction side of things.
