Pre Order Madden but no EA access free 1 month trial

I pre-ordered Madden 20 and also have a EA Access membership but still cannot get access to my 10-hour trial of Madden 20.

I was told to post here by support to help with the problem, could someone help me soon?

There is a similar pre-order offer for NHL and this is negating the benefit for me which sucks. They say you can't use the promo code after sept 27th so I have already lost time with EA access not only how early I can use it but the length of time I would
have access to try it out. If possible could you extend the date for me should I choose NHL pre order since I should have already had EA access and been using it to test things out from my madden purchase (right now if I get my month access it goes past september
27th whereas if I had gotten it initially at the right time I would have basically a full month before). Please Help.

Madden NFL 17 Microsoft Store page, you will receive your 1 month EA Access code 7-10 days following your pre-order:

For a limited time pre-order Madden NFL 17 and receive a code for one month of EA Access**. The code for EA Access will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days. This offer is available for a limited time only and you must redeem
your EA Access code by September 9, 2016. You can redeem the code on your console or at xbox.com/redeemcode.

Unfortunately we are unable to obtain advance codes or generate new ones. If you do not receive your code by the 10th day following your pre-order, feel free to post a new thread so we can look into it.
