    I preordered black ops 4 a little over a month ago and when i went to play it, it states, "To play this, you'll need to buy it." then i followed the steps to my payment and billing, proceeded to type
    in my password and an error message pops up saying, " Something went wrong, we're not sure what happened but refreshing the page may help, or trying again in a little while." i have repeatedly done this and get the same result, how do i fix this?

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have an issue with a pre-order. Unfortunately, looks like the pre-order didn't go through properly on the day of the pre-order. There were a lot of issues with this due to all the people trying. Now that
    the pre-order is over that is why it is not going through now as the pre-order is not open currently.

    If you've already been charged you probably will need to request a refund. It's odd they charged you though, must have just been some glitch in the system.

    Kindly try pre-ordering the DLC on the website itself. Here you go: https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/store/destiny-...

    Make sure that you're also not using a prepaid card because this is a pre-ordered transaction, Microsoft will attempt to get the charge 10 days prior to the DLC releases but if you will be using the Microsoft balance for full payment it will be taken out immediately.
