Pre order isn't working

May I know if the transaction for this preorder is reflected in your Microsoft account order history with the status completed, or the preorder appears with the status declined/canceled?

Thank you, I would like to let you know that when a charge on your account has failed for a pre-order, there will be another attempt at a charge a few days later. If that second attempt fails to successfully charge, your pre-order will be canceled, and you'll need to repurchase the desired game again after you have added a valid payment option to your account in order to access it again.

It is important to point out that the first charge you received when placing the pre-order was just a test charge / authorization charge, and after a few days the charge disappeared.

You may want to contact your bank for more information about why they were not able to process the real charge.

Yes I have both the decline and the purchase and my preorder isn't working and it's the 2nd day

I've had a few customer do that to me. I work at Gamestop. They'll pre-order the game for $5, than come in the next week and cancel their pre-order. it *** me off, but there isn't anything I can do about it.

No it still isn't working.

I'm using the codes they send you after you type the pre-order code into Bungie.net.
