    Why did you cancel my pre order for Resident evil 4 remake?, I paid nearly 70$ and I saved up for it but now it's gone I never got money back and my card wasn't expired and has funds,fix this. Because this isn't fair how it got declined literally 3 days before it's release.

    The only way it would be cancelled, is if you cancel the pre-order. Just because a game gets delayed, does not mean your order would be cancelled.
