    Cancelling pre-order games?

    Hi, as the Ambassador says you can cancel the pre-order by contacting Xbox support, I would recommend you call them by phone.

    support.xbox.com/.../pre-order-faq

    Can I cancel a pre-order?

    Yes, before we release the game, you can cancel your pre-order by contacting Xbox Support.

    Apologies for the confusion. Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP Credits, but they are eligible for MyVIP gems, as you stated.

    Since the offer on the Forza page is now for tracking orders, your pre-order checkmark will not appear. Additionally, from the FAQ for this offer:

    When will I get my Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game?



    Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game will appear as pending in your account within 96 hours of the offer end date.

    Since the offer has not ended yet, it is too early to see Credits pending.

    Regarding gems, since that feature was only recently launched at the beginning of this month, it is not possible to rewards gems for activity done before gems were created. However, you can look forward to the perk that will occur on your Xbox Live Rewards
