Pre order for xbox series x says cancelled ???

I'm in major panic mode right now because on my order details it now says my xbox series x order is 'cancelled' !

I ordered it on 22nd September and it has an order number and all my bank details and there's plenty of money in the bank for it so why does it say 'cancelled'?

I've tried to get help but i cant get connected to anybody and there seems to be no answers anywhere ..... i cant find help anywhere.

This was the only present my kids wanted for christmas

What should i do? Is there anyone at microsoft who can help me? Please???

Im in the UK ..... i cant even find a number to call or a chat or anything

Same thing happened to me. It just vanished. Pre order for the series x was there until today. I got no notification of the pre order getting cancelled either.

All Deluxe orders were cancelled as it contains the Xbox One version, and the date was changed on that to April

Pre-orders with the new dates of fulfillment are now open and you can re-order the game

Yes it will, it just won't look as good as the Series S/X version. If he hasn't been charged yet, he can also cancel the pre-order and purchase the Series S/X version instead.

i have the exact same issue but mine was cancelled on launch day, called microsoft support and they claimed my bank didn’t authorize the payment so i contacted my bank who replied saying that haven’t declined authorization for any payments so will be contacting
again tonight.

If you have is the Hogwarts Legacy Xbox One Version, I'm sorry but no, you will be able to play it on April 4, 2023.

If you now have an Xbox Series X console, you may need to consider canceling the pre-order and pre-ordering the Xbox Series X|S version, just a suggestion.
