    I pre-order DOOM and have not received the codes for DOOM 1 and 2.

    The physical version of Doom does not include Doom 1 & 2. Pre-ordering from the Microsoft Store does include a $10 Xbox Store credit. If you have not received that credit, please reach out to

    I'm afraid if you purchased a physical copy of the game you would not be eligible for codes from us. If they offered Doom 1 + 2 at the retailer it would be up to the, to supply you with codes. I recommend you reach out to them if there was any such promotion
    at their location.

    we both know it was the physical copy of doom.. no where in the promo did it state it was digital only.. i have been trying to get to the bottom of this issue for 2 days and it seems i keep getting the go around, from its only digital copies to flat out
    being told this promo never existed. Its complete *** i was promised the codes to doom 1 and 2 if i pre-ordered and i expect them.. last thread you told me i would get a $10 promo code and guess what? you are the only person who mentioned that. this issue
    is not closed. i want what i was promised.
