    Hi, I pre order watchdogs 2. Dishonored 2,and call of duty infinite warfare. They all 3 came out in November . I only got credit for 2 of them, so Im owed 15,000 for the remaining. one. Can you look into this? Thanks

    Hello, after chatting with support I have been told that I do not qualify for the 15,000 reward credit bonus because despite purchasing three games from the list, Battlefront 2, Assassin's creed origins, and Shadow of war, I purchased Shadow of war too early.
    I purchased all three games prior to release, I simply gave you my money too soon for shadow of war to count. This seems very unfair.

    Since none of those purchases were made through the Xbox store, but from a different storefront, they were not eligible for Rewards.

    Purchases can take up to 96 hours to be processed. It looks like we have not yet processed your purchase of Steep, which is why you are not receiving three punches (since your purchase of Titanfall was outside of the offer period, it was not eligible for
    this offer). We'll check in again on Monday and make sure this process has completed! We do not see any errors that would prevent this from occurring.

    missing VIP credits/pre order credits NOVEMBER!

    VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's still too early to see credits pending for November purchases.

    You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum so support can check on your Watchdog credits. Keep in mind that digital orders are not eligible for that offer.

    Hi GDane. There was no offer that awarded for pre-ordering Forza 6. Credits for pre-ordering Forza 7 are only awarded if it was pre-ordered or purchased during the offer period. Since your pre-order was made in June, it does not qualify for the Credits.
    We are looking into the keys for your pre-order. Hang tight for those.
