    Haven't received codes for battleborn season pass content

    Hey there DemonicShadow91.

    Can you please clarify which content you're missing? If you cancelled your pre-order and later repurchased the game you would not be eligible for the pre-order content.

    Missing Pre-Order Content

    I pre-ordered Unravel from Xbox Live and did not receive the pre-order bonus, an avatar item, that was listed. I was supposed to receive an Xbox message providing me with this pre-order content, but I never did. I was hoping that this issue could be resolved.
    I contacted Ubisoft and they informed me that I needed to contact someone at Microsoft considering I pre-ordered the game from Xbox Live. After speaking with someone from Microsoft Support, I was advised to make this post. I am hoping someone will be able
    to help me further. Thank you for your time and assistance.

    I'm sorry to hear about the issue. Did you purchase a physical or digital copy of the game? If it was a digital copy, where did you make the purchase from? If you ordered a physical copy, you'll need to speak to your retailer for further assistance.
