Pre-order code for Ace Combat 6 hasn't arrived it.

I pre-ordered Ace Combat 7 in november (purchase number *Mod Removed* so I should've received a code for Ace Combat 6 as a bonus when the game released, on january 18.

I didn't get the code though, and after I contacted support I was told to wait until march 7 so that I would receive the code together with people who bought the Ace Combat 7 Launch Edition. The thing is I didn't get the code until march 7 either.

So, how should I proceed now?

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you had pre-ordered Ace Combat 7 and have not yet received the bonus code for Ace Combat 6 is that correct? I suggest you speak with a representative to look further into
the situation since we here on the forums do not have the tools available to review any Account information.

When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these
steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

You dont have a date for the launch of AC 6 though? When it will be downloadable? I only pre ordered to get the Ace Combat 6 backwards compatible download.

Hang on to the 360 disk of Ace Combat 6 as it may be joining the backwards compatibility titles next month (IIRC it is being offered as a pre-order bonus for buying the new Ace Combat 7).
