Pre-Order cancelled no refund yet

Hello I pre-Order MW3 and Still haven’t gotten my refund for it and I use my Card for it and Have proof that I got charged right away when Will I be getting my money back it’s been around 2-3 weeks already

You are absolutely sure you got charged already? They normally will do a test charge (would show as a pending charge) for the cost of the game when you pre-order just to make sure you have the money but that should normally drop off after a couple of days.

I ask because when you preorder with a debit/credit card or paypal you shouldnt normally get charged until around 10 days before the release date (aside from the test charge i mentioned).

as stated, what you saw was a test charge, if you ordered 30 days ago that test charge evaporates after a few days. The final charges done within 10 days of release. So if you weren't charge that money sometime in the last week or so, you were not charged
