Pre-order bonus rewards never received?

So I pre-ordered Titanfall 2 almost two months before it came out with the 15,000 rewards offer. I never got said offer. When trying to discuss it with the customer support chat, they say that this particular division doesn't have direct support staff.
Apparently I'm just supposed to post this in the forum and hopefully "get an email once they notice my post". Seems like a strange procedure for a company of this scale, but who am I to question your methods? This is actually the first time I pre-ordered
directly from Microsoft, as they typically don't have the best incentives. I specifically got the ad on my Xbox One and followed the link to order. I was actually surprised to receive a digital copy, since the order details never mentioned it. I was expecting
it in the mail on release day. I hope you see this.

Since you purchased your copy of Titanfall 2 off of the Xbox store and not a physical disc copy off of MicrosoftStore.com, you were not eligible for this offer. This offer is only for physical disc purchases off of MicrosoftStore.com.

This is the only source for up to date support on Xbox Live Rewards offers. As stated previously, the only offer that would have awarded a digital pre-order of Titanfall 2 with 15,000 Credits would have been the MicrosoftStore.com pre-order offer. However,
since your purchase was not made from this storefront, it was not eligible for that offer.

Reward for a single purchase in the month of September (when you made your Titanfall 2 purchase) was the MicrosoftStore.com pre-order offer. That offer redirects to the MicrosoftStore.com page. Our promotions include links to the FAQ page where the information
on the offer is available. Since your purchase was made digitally from the Xbox store (it is not possible to make physical purchases from that storefront, which is why this offer is run through MicrosoftStore.com), it was not eligible for this offer.

You have already been given a response in the Rewards forums too. The purchase was not eligible for that offer since it was purchased digitally and not as a physical disc as per the terms of the offer.

I am aware and unsatisfied with this false representation. No such terms were given that prompted notice of exclusion determined by the purchase source.
