    Pre-order bonus for Star Wars battlefront 2 deluxe edition.


    Hello my gamertag is , (the gamertag for the account i'm posting from). I had recently pre-ordered star wars battlefront two and I noticed now when I play the game I've never received my pre-order bonus for the game. I thought maybe the codes
    haven't been sent out yet but I've seen other people using the pre-order items already so I thought maybe something happened. Is there anything someone could do to check on this or make sure I receive my code? Thank you much! Pre-order bonus for Star Wars battlefront 2 deluxe edition. :)

    Pre-Order Punchcard Not Working

    I pre-ordered Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus (Digital Deluxe Edition), Call of Duty: World War 2 (Digital Deluxe Edition), and Star Wars: Battlefront 2 (Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition) all on October 14th. I still have not received my 15,000 reward credits.
    Please help.

    Thanks for posting! If you pre-ordered digitally, there are no codes being sent out for this game, and all content is available in-game as crates. Have you opened any crates yet?

    I did open some crates but all the crates were for was the deluxe edition items, I didn't get the crate for Rey or Kylo which should of been included with my preorder.

    No worries, sometimes it can take a couple refreshes for replies to pop-up. Those hero's should have come included in the crates, but also keep in mind that you must progress in multiplayer to unlock those hero's in each match and can't be accessed immediately
    in a match. For further clarification on the content included, I recommend reaching out to EA Help.
