Pre-Order bonus code not received

So I pre-orderd Recore 11 days ago and still have not received the code for the banjo game. Did I misunderstand the time I get it (is it 10 days after I recore is released?) or is there another fault here? anybody else have this problem?

Quantum Break pre-order bonuses have not been delivered

I have not received any pre order bonuses or codes from my Quantum Break pre order as well.

Pre-order bonus not received.

Hello I pre-ordered on 28.2 Sea of Thieves, but unfortunately I did not receive a code for the pre-orderer DLC yet.

It generally means 10 business days (i.e. two full weeks), but that can also vary between titles and pre-orders. I would expect you'll receive it within the next few days.

Hey, guys! This should actually have been sent out to users who purchased through the Xbox One Store. If you ordered it in the Microsoft Store, then you would qualify for $10 from them after the game is released. Can you please post back, mastercheif9989,
with where you purchased this game? That will help us determine what promotion you should be getting and if you should be receiving the games from the Xbox One Store.

Hi, yeah I bought it on my xbox one, I'm part of the preview program but I wouldn't think that has much to do with it, regardless I never did receive the code I'm not sure if I did something wrong when buying it or if it was something else, but I'm grateful
for any help given

I just got codes for the halo wars 2 beta avatar stuff so I'm not sure what the problem is.

i believe the game code should have been sent in the same manner

The codes would have been sent in the same manner, but you did not purchase Halo Wars 2. You received those as a bonus for playing the Beta of the game. I've sent you a Forums private message to explain the situation with Preview purchases. You can check

You'll receive whatever pre order bonus that ms is doing for the game I'd imagine. If you want the pre order bonus that gamestop does, then you'll still have to pre order through them.

I understand your concern since it's been 3 weeks and you haven't received your pre-order bonus for GTA currency. My suggestion is to wait it out a little while longer. Microsoft needs to work together with Rockstar to be able to organize and then distribute
the redeemable code that you will receive in your Xbox Live Message Center where you receive messages from Xbox Live.

Delays with preorder bonuses or any kind of promotional code is entirely based on availability. Keep in mind the sheer number of pre-order bonuses that need to be distributed worldwide, across every platform so delays are to be expected. As long as you have
confirmed with yourself and with
Xbox Customer Support that you are entitled for this pre-order bonus, then you will receive the pre-order bonus. You can confirm entitlement from your

order history.

If you fail to receive anything in 2-3 weeks lets say, then I suggest contacting Rockstar support if they have any updates on the distribution of that currency to pre-order owners. Having the Xbox App downloaded to your mobile phone and setting up notifications
is the best way to know when you receive the code to redeem the pre-order bonus.
