    Pre-order bad ideas when your: Web Site Sucks!


    I attempted to pre-order the series X just for the page to hang for 4 hrs which I gave up because your have NO Customer service phones that work!!! Why even have a "Pre-order" when you can't get the web site to work 1 min after pre-orders open up??? Then you randomly send e-mails to other people inviting them to preorder instead of fixing your broken website flaws!!!

    MS fouled the distribution up with this one pretty bad, lol. Good thing for them it doesn't suck. So many people would cancel their pre-orders.

    An interesting question. I have never seen pre-orders offered on the 360 but I don't know that they are not available on the web site. As for the bonus, I would suppose it should have all the bonuses available anywhere else. Why not just pre-order from the
    ESO site or another retailer? I have seen no difference in price though the ESO site offera a better early access for the PC digital.

    It will all depend on where you pre ordered the console from I would suggest you check where you have pre ordered the console from to make sure you still have the pre order showing with them. And if you require further clarity just contact the people you
    placed the order with.

    If you pre ordered via the Microsoft store then you should hopefully have some sort of contact us option available on the web site.

    If it was a pre-order bonus, then it was only available when pre-ordering the game. Your only hope of buying this (unless Activision decides to make it a purchasable add-on) would be to look at sites like eBay to see if somebody that pre-ordered the game
    is selling theirs. Sorry.
