    Pre-Order and Mixer Promotion rewards


    Still haven't received my Black Dog Outfit pack nor the Ebony Pistol skin. They said 7 days...still nothing. Please help? Pre-Order and Mixer Promotion rewards :(

    Separete 2 games and they have not given me my reward?

    It takes 96 hours for pre-orders to reflect on the website, and you must pre-order 3 titles to be eligible for the new promotion. Subsequently, you had to have pre-ordered the games during the promotional period in order to be eligible for the reward. If
    you pre-ordered prior to January 1st, 2017 then the pre-order is not eligible for the current promotion.

    Missing rewards credits

    you had a promotion in September to pre order Gears of War 4 and get rewards credits. Well I would fall under the no man left behind part of the promotion as I pre ordered a few months ago and I pre ordered the ultimate edition so I should get 10000 rewards
    credits for the promotion that I am yet to receive. Could you please add that to my account? Thanks.

    Hey NemeanLion85! Double check your order history and see if the DLC is listed. Additionally, do you see your purchase of Sea of Thieves on that page listed as a pre-order? You may
    not see it in game quite yet but Rare is working to resolve that as soon as possible. For more information keep an eye on their Launch Status Update. Post back and let us

    I checked my Order History and the Ebon Flintlock is indeed there now. Thank you!

    However, the Black Dog pack is not there. I'm concerned because I pre-ordered the night before, so it was kind of last-minute. Did I miss the deadline?

    Virtually every quarter, pre-orders have their own promotion that run and typically reward 15,000 reward points for pre-ordering 3 eligible titles. Unless you are a 5 Star MyVip member and receive the full 10% back then that promotion is worth more than
    you would get if you just pre-ordered them at received MyVip % back.
