    Boa tarde, eu adquiri um gears 4 da pre-compra (Gears of War 4 | Xbox) e nesta pre seria me disponibilizado os outros da franquia. Até
    o presente momento não foram me enviado os códigos dos anteriores, compra foi realizada no dia 4/07/2016. Gostaria de saber qual a previsão de envio dos códigos ou disponibilizado na loja para eu baixar?

    Outro problema. Adquiri também o Gear Ultimate nesta compra foi disponibilizado codigos: Jogo e DLC. O jogo eu ja instalei tranquilamente e ja estou jogando mas o resgate da DLCS não consigui resgatar. No site o codigo da dlc foi aceito normalmente, mas
    no jogo ele não consta.

    Me ajudem nestes problemas da Franquia.
