Pre-Bundled FIFA 15 code wont work

Never had an Xbox so not a great start here. Got FIFA included in my UK Xbox bumdle. Peeled off the flap at the back entered the first code (Xbox Launch pack) and that was fine. Entered the second code for FIFA 15 and get "Something went wrong. Sorry
about that. Please try again later".

Why do I feel "please try again later" is unlikely to work! Assume only a MS technician can help with this as pretty sure this should have been straightforward. Official code, seladed and provided in the bundle. Xbox locale is set to UK as it should be.

Any help please? I hear techincial support can take days!!

FIFA15 prepaid from Xbox One Day One Bundle not working. Only takes me to the store.

Hi I have setup the box today and used all the bundled codes for Day One, Fifa 15 and Dance Central. I have tried everything (including checking the region setting) that you have mentioned above but both Day One and Fifa 15 are not working. Can you please

I bought a Xbox One + Fifa 15 bundled version in India. Used the 25 digit code to install the game and it worked for 3-4 months.

Now I had some issue with a software update and I have to Restore to Factory Settings (as suggested by the Support agent).

I am just wondering how I would get the game back. I read somewhere that the code wont work.

And it doesnt show up in my purchase history in my account.

Any help is appreciated!

 

There were issues with the marketplace last night. Please give the code another try today to see if it works.

same, my situation is slightly different as i had the xbox one disk version but have got a download code now so uninstalled the disk and tried installing the card but getting same error message

 

NewGenericDog - Please try the card on both the website and console. Make sure that you're entering the code properly. Sometimes B can be mistaken for 8 or O for 0.

Curchy - If you have the disc version then reinstall it and you'll be able to play the game without the disc in.

 

The code is actually right, it says FIFA 15, but when clicking CONFIRM-button, an error comes up.

I have the solution now!

XBOX-support couldn't do anything, neither did EA. BUT EA's guy knew what to do!

EA Access blocks this code from being redeemed!

I just phoned microsoft, and a lovely lady cancelled my subscription to EA Access and refunded me.

I just redeemed the code successfully.

Now ill just activate EA Access again.

I guess its a glitch, EA might have thought that they don't want Access users to accidentally buy the games they can get from access
