    Hi,

    Is it not recognised at all or is it just not working via Bluetooth?

    There shouldn't be any driver issues, as long as Windows see's it as a Xinput device it will use the built in Windows 10 controller drivers.

    Can you provide a link to the exact controller you bought please?

    And see if they do support pc and yes just because its an xbox compatible one doesmt mean that they aee using ms drivers
