    I have an Xbox one s and it doesn't have a power brick but everytime I turn it on it goes ba da dah light comes on and a sec later it ba da doop and turns off

    If your Xbox One S console is having trouble staying powered on, there could be a number of possible causes.

    Make sure that the power cord is securely plugged into both the back of the console and the wall outlet.

    Try using a different power outlet, or try plugging the console into a surge protector or power strip.

    Check the power cord for any visible damage, such as frayed wires or a bent plug. If the cord is damaged, it may need to be replaced.

    Make sure that the console is properly ventilated. It should not be covered or placed in a confined space where it cannot get proper airflow.

    It won't help you...and I doubt any message that said all of that actually came from MS itself. And why did stay in the modded lobby? And why wait until now?

    Did you purchase the console at a local retailer? If so they may take it back as defective and give you a new console. That is at least worth a try.

    It definitely sounds like it could be the power supply that is faulty but just to be sure if you have a friend that has an XBOX One borrow their power supply and connect it to your console and see if it reacts the same way. If the console then powers up
    it would absolutely confirm the problem is with the power supply. Let us know.
