Power supply, length without cosole

I have just finished going through an issue with chat support about my xbox randomly turning off and losing all power to the AC Adapter. They were able to resolve my issue but it seems that i will not have it back for at least two weeks. I am an avid gamer
but more importantly i am a major sales person of your products, at my current place of employment, game stop. I have sold hundreds of your consoles and thousands of your games to many different customers, Being an owner of the Xbox one has allowed me to sell
with ease, but even better allowed me to connect with these customers for our love of xbox. Exactly two months ago i traded in my xbox one 500gb system for the new xbox one Elite, in high hopes for the beautiful controller but even more the 1tb hybrid drive,
allowing me that 33% faster downloading speed, which has been a god sent. My issue today though is how long i have going to go without my console, i have many games in which i want to play in order to tell customers about and each day i go without them is
another day i am not able to sell them as easy. I am hoping for at least some compensation for my troubles, especially considering the age of my console.

Replacement Xbox one power supply

I would like to arrange for a new Xone power supply. My son spilled water on the current power supply and has damaged it. How do,I get a new power supply without having to purchase an aftermarket replacement.

Would appreciate some guidance.

Serious External Hard Drive Issues for Xbox One

I am having the same problem with a Toshiba canvio desktop 2TB EHDD with it's own power supply and plugged into the back of the cosole. It was working fine for about 2 months and then today it gave problems, so now I have put another Toshiba canvio portable
2TB EHDD the does NOT have a power supply. I have plugged into the side port on the xbone . I have downloaded and playing minecraft while it is downloading forza horizon 2 demo.

Hope this helps anyone out (and hopefully fixed my problem too).
