    Hi I’ve just bought my Xbox series s today and when I was doing payment set up the screen suddenly went white and has been t that way for a couple of hrs now. How can I fix this?

    Hello there! I think I found a solution for this problem. This was my first time experiencing this problem, but all you have to do is go to settings, click on remove accounts, and it should display your profile. Once you do that, remove it and, don’t worry, all your info will be stored when you log off. Then, enter your information to log back in and skip the 3 slides (if it says about data with publishers, or something like that) and it should show 3 boxes whether you want no barriers, a passkey, and the other option (which I forgot what was it…). Click on the no barriers and it shouldn’t appear any boxes that require passwords, especially when purchasing a game. Hope this helps! Including to everyone who is having the same problem here.     P.S: I’m not an expert, I just hope this resolves the error and works for everyone! If not, I’m sorry it didn’t work…

    Helo, I have tried all of the above to get my xbox s up and running...none have worked....I keep getting a white screen. Can someone please tell me what is wrong and if I can fix this problem.Is there a glich on one of the updates or something...I'm at a loss here....need help please. Thank you

    Hello can you help me yesterday I turned on my Xbox one S and it asked me who is playing today as usual and I selected my profile like every day and I pressed sign in and instead of my password showing up it's a white screen I tried everything and nothing works I bought 2 games and my Xbox like a month ago and I'm super pissed rn please help
