    Dear Representative,

    Hello. I have Power of Attorney for my father and I am managing his accounts. What is the process for communicating/sharing this legal document with Microsoft so that I may manage his Microsoft account? He can no longer use this account.

    Hacked and been almost 2 months with no resolution...

    Well just got off the phone with support again, re-escalated the account, explained im not after my account anymore just the refunds applied to my new account, and that I filed with both the bbb and Attorney generals office, was told a "wellness manager"
    will be contacting me, I bet that wont happen, just an FYI they also said all you "forum ambassadors and support" don't know crap.. Their words not mine.. GO figure.
