what a horrible company. I have had my Xbox s for one year and four months and the power cuts off. I was on the phone for 40 min. And the supervisors wouldn’t even talk to me. They said sorry but you can pay 115.00 and they would fix it. Sorry excuse for
a company who doesn’t stand behind its daughters manufacturing.

    :)

Still No MAY XBOX QUEST PRIZE

So true. It seems like they don’t even care but the minute they hear mixpot they instantly respond.

    I can't leave group chat

I don’t know why this is being ignored. No one has replied to this at all and Xbox don’t seem to care

Every company operates this way, once a product is out of warranty. It is an unfortunate thing to happen and I can feel your frustration. You have choices and 115.00 in your currency isn't a bad option.

Sooooooooooo your console breaks when its out of its warranty, and you expect Microsoft to fix it for free?

What don't you understand about a 12 month warranty?

Every company on the planet would do the same because its not in there interest, if they start offering free repairs for console four months over their warranty they would lose millions. And I know this will come as a shock, but Microsoft is in business
for one reason, TO MAKE PROFIT!!! they don't care about you, me or anyone, all they care about is keeping their share holders happy, and that goes for every publicly owned company on the planet.

Here's some tips. Make sure your console and power brick are well ventilated, not covered by anything, and that you use a power surge protector on your electrical devices. Buy your products new and from authorized retailers. Not second hand from cheap unauthorized
retailers (retailers Microsoft does not have listed as authorized retailers for their products).

Products do come with warranties, mostly only new products. However governments and companies won't make warranties last forever. They know this and both set "reasonable" expectations of how long a product should last which doesn't cause an unreasonable
detriment to either customer of the company. Certain retailers may also offer extended warranties at an additional price too. That way if something goes wrong after 12 months and 1 days, you could get a refund/replacement/repair free of charge, within that
    extended warranty period.

Otherwise you could try getting it insured....

  7. You shouldn't use surge protection on an Xbox One S or X, as they have surge protectors built in.
