    Power line adaptor drops out when playing online games


    Hi. My son is using a virgin powerline adaptor that is wired into his series x but when he goes to play online games the powerline start to look to sync, this is only starting happening in the past few days. Is anyone else experiencing this? I know the
    powerline works as i use for work. Many thanks.

    What are the make/model of Powerlines? Have you reset your network settings on your Xbox to a factory reset/defaults

    yeah, the power line is one of the easiest solution to the issue as it will run internet straight to wall socket to connect to the power line adaptor were you plug ether cable in the adaptor and just plug it into console and then the console is ready to go.

    Error Status...can't connect, spent hours on the phone and at the end of my tether!

    This isn't possible as my tv and console are on the other side of the room, about 12ft away from my desktop PC, I already have one power line adaptor near my PC and it's not possible to connect PC to power line adaptor. I have rung Talk Talk again as nothing
    seems possible and they are sending out an engineer on Friday so maybe he can figure out what the problem is! Thanks for all your suggestions you have been very helpful indeed. I will let you know what the engineer comes up with, going crazy here!

    Unable to connect to Xbox Live with an Ethernet cable.

    I have confirmed that the power line adaptor is not at fault it may entirely be the xbox's fault. I will see to it that I get it repaired.

    The controllers is upto date i have tried power cycling it says my mic is plugged it seems there is no power going to the headset no beeping sound when volume is maxed out, it makes no sense when the chat adaptor gets power
