Power issue - Xbox One S - unable to launch a service order

Have tried everything ranging from unplug plug , reseting power cycle , keeping it idle for a day , nothing seems to work.

Assumption is issue with the power supply, which would require a service , but the whole problem is unable to reach/schedule a service order for the BRICK

for FIFA 19 that is affecting several consoles. You can try
power cycling your console by holding down the power button on the console for ten seconds. We suggest keeping an eye on the service alert to find out when the issue will be resolved. Be sure to let us know the results!

When you say restarted the console do you mean a power cycle? If no here's a LINK on how best to perform a power cycle. But there have been
reports last night / this morning from many people unable to launch games, connect to XBL services. It looks like the services are back up and running now.
