Power Figure did not pay off

Got the Power Figure with Check on board and did not get the trunk reward. Now what's happening since the connection problem seems to be fixed?

So to break even, how may games will they have to sell just to pay off the adverts.? At full retail, the figure is 3.3 million copies. Since EA does not get full retail, the figure roughly is 6.6 million copies just to pay off advertising. Pls link your
"official figure".

Logitech remote will no longer turn off the Xbox One after the Feb 14th update (using the power button on the remote)

Nothing fixed on their end yet, figure they have to figure out what change the Xbox update did to the IR commands, it obviously changed them. The XBox's IR blaster is a neat idea, but doesn't work well for large setups.

Don't understand why they had to change their own Power Off toggle code, which is apparently what they did.

I paid 600 coins for 50 keys: You deducted the coins but I did not receive the keys. What's up with that. This has happened several times when I did not get credit for the bingos I got and when I didn't receive the trunk for a power pattern. I also did
not receive credit earned for the bingos I earned and the 3 power numbers I selected when the game got stuck and I had to exit out of the program. This is happening too often and I won't put up with it for too much longer. I have deleted a couple other games
for less.

Update:

It seems to work for a little while after I turned it off (if i turn it off and press the "turn on" button in the xbox app 30 seconds later). But it does not work when the xbox hasn't been recently powered off.

Anyone have an idea?

I actually figured out a fix. My console apparently wasn't caching the captures right for uploads or properly registering deleted items. To fix I powered off the console, let the power brick cycle off(light turns amber) then unplugged the power brick from
the back of the console for a bit (15 to 20 mins should be adequate) This resets the console cache.

(I keep my console power supply on a power strip to turn everything off easier when I go away from home- so I switched it off before unplugging the power supply from the back of the console)

I would say probably shouldn't do this if you are in the middle of an update or paused installation of any kind.

That was how I figured that out.

I was glad it did the trick because I was getting annoyed at it.
