Power brick light stays on when it shouldn’t. Xbox one won’t turn on.

Ive had issues connecting to the xbox servers the last few days. Ive heard they are overloaded. Anyway i reformatted my xbox one and enjoyed playing it yesterday. I turned it off and when i woke up i noticed my white light on the power brick was still
on. When out the power button, the xbox chimed but the power button wont light up. I have no reponse from my xbox. Any ideas?

Your console might be on instant on mode. If that is the case, Turn off the power from the power socket, wait 30 seconds, then turn back on,. Check your power settings on the console, and change it to power saving mode, that should then fix the issue with
the power supply. If it doesn't work, then the power brick may have failed.

when it turns off, the power brick stays green and the xbox light flashes green slowly 3 times. I think the problem is the humidity

So the xbox is screwed? Wjen the light comes on briefly I manage to get the xbox to turn on but cuts out when the light goes outm I think the power brick is screwed because some times the light stays on even when I remove the plug?

That is a shame to hear, how long have you had your Xbox One? Also, just curious, the "power brick" that connects your console to the outlet it's plugged into, what color is the light on that when you try to turn the Xbox on? Does it stay orange or turn
to white?
