    Power Brick - flashes from orange to white to orange


    Just rec'd our new XBOX ONE. We can't get it to turn on. The power brick flashes from orange to white to orange...and stays orange. Ugh...frustrating. Anyone else have this issue? Thx

    Xbox one won't start

    @onyxishere i tried those. Still no luck. The power brick still flashes the white light for about a second before going back to the orange color

    360 randomly shuts off sometimes & when turned back on says it's overheated, but isn't!

    When it does that, which lights flash on the front? (Starting from top left, 1, going clockwise) and does the power bricks light turn orange or red?

    Xbox flashes on then turns off immediately

    No it did not the Xbox continues to flash white then shut off. The power brick though flashes white then turns orange then turns off

    Xbox One won't turn on. Power button chimes on then chimes off 10 seconds later

    Tries changing the power supply but it still doesn't work. As I said when I plug in the power brick, it turns white then orange then white again then orange, then it goes orange. And this is in multiple different power bricks. Anymore suggestions? Please

    As @GrowlingYapper stated using a power strip can cause this and is usually diagnosed incorrectly by MIcrosoft Support.
