Potentially permanently glitched "Avoid Me" reputation status

To whom it may concern,

Greetings, I've had an "Avoid Me" reputation for some time now, even though if you add up all of the reports in the past six months, I've only been reported an average of one time per month for the last 6 months, so I was just wondering why it is I am permanently
stuck with the lowest reputation score possible? I feel like that's a little bit harsh considering I never broke the rules in the first place, and I've read over the entire COC 20 times over the years by now, so naturally I know the rules probably better than
most XBOX/Microsoft employees, and there's no logical reason as to why I still have the bad reputation score. I'm not a toxic gamer, so people are probably just jealous of me. I know one person just reported me recently simply for outbidding him on a car in
the auction house in Forza Horizon 3. This gamertag hasn't been able to play in an online public match since February 2017 because of this (what I am assuming to be an undeserved "Avoid Me" reputation bar on my account), and so at this point I'm honestly not
even mad, I'm actually honestly and genuinely interested to know what's going on?

All 6-7 aggregate reports filed in the last 6 calendar months are shown to me here:

There's even a contradiction on the reputation/enforcement page of the website, because it shows a green "Good Player" under the "Your Reputation" banner on that screen, but then when I sign into my gamertag on the website it will then show me the "Avoid
Me" reputation bar that has been widely keeping me from normally playing online games for quite some time now.

Any help/feedback would be much appreciated, and I'm really looking forward to an answer on this one.

How do I see my reports?

Reputation/report statistics aren't normally viewable until your reputation is in "Needs Work" or "Avoid Me" status.

 

reputation. Has nothing to do with breaking the rules

It has everything to do with your bad behaviour

You can't return from avoid me if you don't change your behaviour

Be human it's that simple

No excessive trash talking be a team player etc etv
