    "Potentially Offensive Message Hidden" keeps on appearing.


    Hi Community,

    I experienced this issue a lot of times and it is very common. Whenever my friend tries to send me something even a picture or a link, it always shows "Potentially Offensive Message Hidden". I know that this is a message filter system on Xbox but I do not know how to change the filter settings. I do not have a console and I play on pc. If anyone know how to change the filter settings, please reply.

    I have both of those turned on already, but I think that is only to chat and not for message filters.

    No, that settings isn't for Xbox as it covers all both Xbox and PC. Whatever changed you make will affect your account no matter the device you're playing on.

    Yeah. You're right. There's no way to toggle that setting on PC

    In the Privacy settings tab, make sure to Allow Communication and Others can communicate with text as well.

    I've already checked this page and it is only for how to change the message filters for console. If you do find a way to change it on pc, please lmk.
