    Hi Insiders team,

    I'd like to submit an issue below regarding the Xbox Insider Hub app.

    Based on the news article below

    It details that microsoft is currently previewing the PC Game Pass for Malaysia. The steps as I understand to get it is

    1. Download the Xbox Insider Hub app
    2. Inside the app, go to the "Preview" section on the left side
    3. Find and join the "PC Game Pass Southeast Asia Market Expansion" option
    4. Download and install the Xbox app for pc
    5. Then when clicking the gamepass option, the window will show the ability to buy gamepass items with Malaysian currency.



    I'm having an issue with steps 2 - 3 wherein my Xbox Insider Hub app does not display the necessary option after I click "Preview". Since I am unable to join this preview option, i am unable to proceed to steps 4 and 5.

    Gamer tag if relevant is Garbage7630

    And current Xbox Insider Hub build if relevant is 1.2203.11001.0

    Another consideration, are you in the Xbox Insider Preview program? It may well be a bug. Download the Xbox Insider Hub app and report it when you next do a screen shot.

    Edit: Does it just happen with one specific game, or all your games?

    Are you part of the Xbox Insider Preview? If you are then submit a bug report. If you aren't then you can download the Xbox Insider Hub app and file a report on this.

    This has been a known issue for a while now and acknowledged by the Xbox Preview team and were testing a fix for this issue in the Alpha ring back in December. Since then, there has been no updates but based on this

    article     I'm assuming the issue was resolved in the Alpha ring preview update but doesn't seem to have gone live yet. There could have been some setbacks or the issue re-surfaced.

    This was being tested in the Alpha ring, which is the first ring to test preview updates and requires an invitation to join, and has preview updates with the potential to have the most bugs so it's possible it's stalled in the Alpha ring.

    My suggestion is to report the issue through the Xbox Insider Hub app, which you can do so by the report a problem option in the power menu after you have the app downloaded.

    If you join the Insider program, eventually it should get pushed to the other preview rings and you can get the fix in an upcoming preview update before it would go live.

    You will have to open the Xbox Insider Hub on your PC and leave the Minecraft preview program then delete the game and install it again or your friend could join the preview program to be on the same version as you.

    Are you part of the preview program by any chance? I have had a similar issue recently which I think is a bug of my preview build, I have reported the issue from the insider hub. If you haven't aldreay I would recommend you report the issue too. Which can
    be done from the insider hub, or by pressing your Xbox button on the controller.
