Not getting my Xbox live rewards

I have not been getting my Xbox live rewards for almost a year now....My subscription renews every month...I bought a ton of games through the online store..I should have earned a bunch of points over the last year. It looks like it quit working almost
a year ago. When I click on past 6 months it says I earned 0 credits....I should have earned a lot of credits in that time.

No Payment Back From Microsoft for Purchases of Games/ DLC or Achievements

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

Your stats will only show information for the past 30 days, not your entire time on Live. So that would mean you've earned about 147 achievements in the past month.

We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending
Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

There are no offers to receive credits for earning achievements. The stats section only includes information for the past month. So the achievements listed with the greatest gamerscore would only be for the last month, not your entire time on Live.

Hi Clandaustino. Since 2,000 Credits earned from the FREEdom offer was awarded on December 6th (that put you at the automatic deposit threshold), your deposit is scheduled for the next deposit date. Credits earned from the 16 to the end of the month gets
deposited on the first deposit of the next month. The Credits from the1st to the 15th gets deposited on the second deposit of the month. The next deposit is scheduled for the 28th.

From the terms and conditions:

Program Limit: The maximum number of Rewards Credits a participant can earn in a Program Year (July 1 to June 30) is five hundred thousand (500,000).

Since you are above this limit, you did not earn payback for last month. Unfortunately, this limit also applies to your Vault Credits. We can confirm that while you successfully redeemed this prize, but due to being at this limit, no Credits were awarded.
Apologies for the inconvenience. We are now escalating this issue with our Vault team to undo this purchase, which should return those Gems to your account.
