I posted to the other forums and someone was helping me but now account is further broken. Since I changed my GT my rewards dont seem to be working correctly. I changed my tag on about 8-3 since nothing is accumulating to my account. Since I contacted you
I had about 4000 points show up in my account so I have like 5400 but no deposit date or button to deposit now is there. I preordered FH3 Ultimate and bought some other stuff but my points seem to be missing and the site still shows my old GT. Can someone
help me please?

Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, and therefore not eligible for VIP Boost offer. This is mentioned in both our MyVIP FAQ:

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

and the FAQ for the offer:

Which content is eligible for this offer?

You must spend at least $XX before tax on qualifying MyVIP content from the Xbox Store and Microsoft Movies & TV during the offer period. Most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (game pre-orders

Since your purchases since November (with the exception of your Rainbow Six Siege Pass) have all been pre-orders, they have not awarded payback. Since your purchases in February were pre-orders (except the Siege Pass), you did not complete the VIP Boost
offer.

Regarding your wife's VIP Payback, without having her gamertag, we cannot provide a thorough investigation. However, it sounds like you are expecting payback early. From our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We only recently calculated last month's MyVIP, so you may have missed this Credit event.

We are still investigating your issue, but it does not appear to be affecting anything on your end. We do not have any membership information for this current gamertag (PurpleBadness), which caused some confusion from our end, and we are investigating. However,
it looks like you are still being reported to based off of your previous gamertag, and all of that is working as expected. We only automatically schedule a deposit at 5000 or more pending Credits, so you did not become scheduled for a deposit until the most
recent payback of September purchases. Since you have been scheduled for a deposit, there is no need for you to manually request a deposit, so the button has been disabled. Furthermore, the deposit just occurred recently, so there was no deposit date being
displayed. The September payback was also delayed, which is why it was only deposited recently.

I can confirm that from the user end your account is working as expected. Your Forza Horizon 3 purchase was included in calculations. You mention that nothing has shown up in your account since your gamertag change in August, but I see that you received
payback for your purchases in August on September 12th. You can review all your Credit events on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

Xbox Rewards forums for support with the Rewards program. That way you can get the proper help with this issue.

Basically, the Rewards site is a bit messed up regarding the gamerpics. The site still shows my old one too. It's not really a big deal as only you will see it when you log into the rewards site; nobody else will see it.
