    Postal code and region issues


    Xbox live is not accepting my postal code and Mauritius is not a region I can select so I can't pay for my Forza horizon add ons via PayPal.

    I was originally in the UK but not resident of Mauritius. Can anyone help. Would really love if Microsoft can help as there are a lot of loyal Xbox owners in Mauritius but seems there is no support for us. Which means I paid for and expensive paperweight
    lol.

    PLEASE MICROSOFT I REALLY LOVE MY XBOX AND WANT TO CONTINUE USING IT AND THE MARKET FOR IT IS HERE JUST THE SUPPORT NEEDS TO BE STRONGER

    it's the postal code where you live. Is your xbox region set to the country you live in?

    If your postal code includes a space in it be sure to include it when you type it in. Also be sure that your console region matches the billing address.

    You shouldn't be asked to enter a postal code if your region doesn't support it.

    Make sure your account,billing & actual location all match.

    When on the website, Scroll to the very bottom of the page. Click the tiny globe icon and select your region. Then enter your amazing Canadian postal code.
