    WE have to PAY for postage costs!

    i had to pay postage on my plug and charge kit cost me £10 to post recorded.... if i had realized i would not of bothered there only £20 new....

    If you're in the states you can call them at 800-469-9269

    Consoles and Kinect sensors would receive a shipping label for you to send back the device.

    If it's an accessory like a controller, shipping is not covered. You have to pay for that on your own.

    anyone in UK had their Game preorders delivered yet?

    I pre-ordered from play.com and they posted mine out on Monday evening. But plays postage is awful so if I am lucky I might get it on Friday

    To be honest I'm not sure, you will want to speak with MS as well as FedEx in regards to this to hammer out the shipping details.
