    Post 'free premium period'.. severe lag at launch and unable to purchase premium subscription


    The moment that the 'free' period was over on the new iOS app, it's now taking forever for the app to sign me in and sync. Also I am unable to purchase a subscription. Apple has indicated that they can only help me if the issue is iTunes related; not app
    related.

    Method for getting support from Microsoft is deplorable. I have zero confidence in resolution.

    I am unable to purchase a Premium Subscription to Microsoft Solitaire Collection on either my iPad or iPhone running iOS 10.2.

    I do have a Premium Subscription on my Windows 10.

    I also created a new Xbox ID to try to purchase it on my iOS devices and that did not work either.

    To clarify, a Subscription for Premium is for use on a single device, if you're wanting to use Premium services on another device you'll need a separate subscription. Is the issue that you're unable to purchase a subscription or that you were looking to

    Did you buy premium for Battlefield 4 separately, or got it for free during the promotional period using an EA Access subscription? If free using EA Access subscription then you must subscribe again before you get access to the DLCs again.

    i bought it seperately, i did have ea access though, but i didnt get premium THROUGH ea access. all EA support technicians ive talked to said i owned premium but there isnt any help towards me. they havent told me anything else other than i have it.,

    What type of device are you having the issue with? Is it a normal desktop PC running Windows 10? If so, is the computer fully up to date? What sort of troubleshooting steps have you tried already?
