So my xbox one s has been really messing up lately. It froze a couple days ago and now isnt working at all. I've tried all the tricks I could find on YouTube, reddit, and even Microsoft themselves. It goes from no signal to black screen to giving me the
trouble shoot page. I've tried offline update with usb, factory reset with usb, both which froze during the process. When I press eject and bind I dont get any power up tones except when I press the power button. Never did yet still somehow get the troubleshoot
screen. Someone plz help.

I've done this multiple times. Sometimes itll work and give me the troubleshoot screen. But no matter what I've done from there, i always get the same error 102. I tried offline update to correct it. Waited for 2 hours and it froze at 86%

Perform a hard reset and power cycle your console. Hold down the power button on the console for 10 seconds while it shuts down. Then remove the power cable from the outlet for about 5 minutes. Then re-connect everything and boot back up.

I contacted support. Nothing worked. Idk if the warranty is valid or not I got it from a friend in late 2018.

Contact support, and go through their troubleshooting process, if/when that doesn't work, if your xbox is still under warranty they'll repair it assuming you haven't broken any of the void warranty seals nor any water damage

As you have done every thing to check and restart the xbox,

I do think you should send it for repair to Microsoft as my fellow ambassadors have said . 👍
