Possibly broken headset?

As though I cannot confirm, it pretty much is broken, okay? I am very sorry about that and truly understand how you feel.

I always try to avoid using things while charging them, and that goes for everything. It may have got too hot.

I know that your headset is not broken, but if you can please try using a different headset when possible

Or if this is a wired headset and if you have more than one controller, try connecting the headset to a different controller to see if maybe that helps

Hi there, do you have any other headset to help diagnose the problem? For example if another headset doesn't work maybe it's the controller etc.

Also if you do believe it's the headset itself I would seek a replacement through amazon as soon as possible, I have gotten a few Xbox 360 accessories that are broken straight from the package.

Define what is broken with your first controller. Like Eber said, it could be the plug in the controller not working, but it could also be the possibility with the second controller not being updated (Doubtful), maybe or it could be the headset not being
updated

Ok, I put my RCA cable with the 3.5mm output into the Audio Out R/L and I can't hear a damn thing.

What does it mean? That my headset is broken or something? I hope not, 'cause I paid 40€ for it.

But how is it possible if I plug the headset into my PC it works just fine?
