Possibly Broken Console

Possible friends list is broken and glitched. It is fixed alway when you restart console but then hour, 2 hours or 3 hours later became broken again.

The laser in your Disc drive may be broken, try the disc in another console if possible or return to the shop and ask for a replacement explaining the problem

As though I cannot confirm, it pretty much is broken, okay? I am very sorry about that and truly understand how you feel.

I always try to avoid using things while charging them, and that goes for everything. It may have got too hot.

Hello, it is possible that the wireless board has slightly broken, causing an unstable connection. If possible, contact Microsoft about using your warranty or getting repairs made to the console here :
