Possible Suspension

For the last couple months nobody can hear me on Xbox Live. I can hear others and my mic isn’t muted and I’ve bought a new controller and headset to make sure it wasn’t one or the other. Wondering how long a suspension lasts and how do i find out if I’ve
been suspended. I looked through my emails but didn’t see anything, but may have deleted it. Communication is a key to having fun on the games for me so wondering what do i need to do in order to fix the problem. Thank you.

while I cant be sure that any of his friends followed through with his request, I do know that he sent the message out. I received a copy of the message promising 1600 MSP to a lucky person on the list if I was banned.

The other day I was playing Madden 13 online. I proceeded to beat somebody and in the middle of the game he told me to quit or he would have his friends and all of their friends report me for cheating. I sent him several messages in response asking him how
i cheated (I was not. I know there are many ways to cheat in Madden but I was not doing any of these) and he did not respond to my question. I was wondering if there is any validity to this threat, and if there is, will i be able to lift the ban or suspension?
