    I'm trying to buy the new call of duty black ops 3 awakening DLC but it not allowing me to buy it.

    Your settings do not allow purchases
    This applies to both free and paid content. To buy this, first change your settings to allow purchases. (Parents will have to change this setting for children.) Double-tap the Xbox button to open the guide, then select Settings > All settings > Account
    > Privacy & online safety > Custom > View details & customise. If changing that setting does not work, it is possible your purchase and download privileges are suspended. For more on that, check the email associated with your Microsoft account for a message

    https://enforcement.xbox.com    .
    I have done everything it says and It still wont work. my setting now allow buying and I haven't received any email. I belive this to be a glitch with my account because the I am able to buy for other account using the same payment option but not with
    mine even if I try to buy from my pc it still gives the same error. is there any known fix for this?

    ok, i will call support as soon as possible. paypal is noticed a few moments ago. i fear going to sleep, what if the hacker uses the same glitch again and buys more points? any way to block this? i cannot remove the payment option paypal!

    Yes, if you're using a child account and you're using Xbox One console, you're following the correct steps on changing the privacy settings for purchases on that child account. If you're still receiving an error message when trying to purchase any content
    via web site or using your console, you will need to contact Xbox Phone/Chat Support so the Billing department will be able to check your account further.

    Possible fraudulent payment

    Hi,

    I suggest you check your billing history and see if any such transactions show up there. If you have more than one Microsoft account, you will need to log into each one separately to check.

    If nothing is showing on your account/s then you'll need to contact the card issuer. All credit card transactions have what's called a 'Transaction ID' which the bank can cross check to see where the payment originated from, and more importantly, if said transaction is fraudulent.

    EA has a fix for this particular issue over on their
    support page    . Give those steps a try and if you're still having issues, please let us know :)
