Possible missing rewards-progression?

Hi there.

I purchased Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands (Gold edition) at the February 28th, well ahead of their release.

But my punchcard-progression doesn't show any changes. (That 1-2-3 mark at the gamesondemand-page)

And if I understood the F.A.Q. for the "Simply rewarding"-offer correctly, this should count for this aswell?

I do have two other titles I plan to purchase to get my punchcard filled up. But if this first one does not count, I'll miss out on 15k credits ,and perhaps I should hop on another deal elsewhere.

Possible missing rewards

I missed the fine print the on the offer saying you will receive the 15000 points within 15 days. My pending rewards show way less than that on that purchase.

satisfies the offer requirements?

Support will check on the punchcard, but since you preordered it before the Simply Rewarding offer began, it would not be eligible for that offer.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We will adjust your account for the additional punch. However, as Smwutches says, the Simply Rewarding offer is only for purchases made after activating the offer. Since the offer began in March, that purchase would not be
eligible.
