    Skip ahead on Xbox One X.

    I purchased a new copy of RE 3 remake, and the game simply will not install. I have also exchanged it twice for replacement copies, and none work.

    When the disc is inserted, I'm taken to the game management to select what to install. RE 3 disc has 2 standalone games included. So you must select which ones to install, there's no avoiding it. It will not install them without user selection.

    I've tried selecting one at a time, and "select all", but absolutely nothing happens.

    I've done all the standard tests, resets, changing install locations, offline install, etc., but it simply will not install.

    I have tried installing other games, and all of them work as intended. It is ONLY this game. I'm guessing it has something to do with there being 2 games on the disc, and some incompatibilities with the current storage management?

    I tested the disc on my old base Xbox One offline with the old storage management ui, and it installed.

    Can't Install Dragon's Dogma.

    Have you tried installing it in another Xbox? Sometimes some copies of a game are printed incorrectly and this happens. I had a similar issue with Resident Evil 5.

    You should be able to delete your game save by going to the dashboard and go to settings > storage and scrolling down to Resident Evil 5 and then delete the game save. Is this a game on demand or physical copy?
