    Hello all.

    I cant login my my Xbox live account, and im not sure why. I recently bought an Xbox 360 again after 3/4 years of not having one.

    My email adress has always been the same, but it isnt accepting the password i used. and when i try to recover the password, the only option i have is to answer my secret question, which my answer also isnt being accepted... Has the account been hijacked
    maybe?

    Ive tried the recovery process and filled it in as much as i can, but have been denied access via the "automated system". which just pushes me to repeat the same process over and over again. I'm getting no-where and would really like my old account back.

    I can provide proof of my full name, age, what my secret answer was, my account name, the adress i last used my account on/went online last, my email adress, - i had to make another account to even post this! - any anymore infortmation required to prove
    who i am.

    is there anyone i can talk to in person to help resolve this? via phone, email or online ect?



    i'd really like my old account back and i'm very reluctant to pay for online/gold membership on a secondary acount where i have to start alll over again...

    Xbox Live account hacked/hijacked. Email changed and hacker is still using my account daily. What can I do?

    Someone hijacked my account gamertag: Schrammwow and has been using my account every day. He changed the email from my email to his email. I tried resetting the email and password and he hacked it again and changed the email to his email (*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***) so
    I no longer reset the password or email to regain control of my account. He fradulently gifted games to his other account D3ATH99. My friends and I report my hijacked account every few days and have called/ direct messaged microsoft and xbox and they either
    haven't responded or don't care and said "Just make a new account. Sorry." Any way y'all can help me or give me advice on how to ban my hijacked account? Or actually reach customer service that actually could help me?

    TL;DR: My account was hijacked and email was changed. Hacker uses my account (Schrammwow) daily we've reported him and contacted microsoft and xbox and they don't care and haven't responded or said "sorry. make a new account" does anyone know someone I can
    call to get my hijacked account banned account or back in my control?

    Somebody has changed my LIVE accounts email and password.

    Oh and the account that got hijacked is Enas Shot

    If you have already tried the account recovery troubleshooter then the next step would be to contact official support. They may be able to get you back into your account. support.xbox.com/contact-us

    change your password     as soon as possible. Remember not to give your account login information to anyone.

    Live will not allow me to log on.

    You may also need to fill out a form to have your account retrived from the system, if it is your password that you have forgotten

    I ask because I have the same account as when I was a kid and I had my dad's microsoft account, but now I want to change the acount to be mine without changing the password asscociated with his microsoft account.
    No. The email is the Microsoft account which is the Xbox account. They are all one in the same so there isnt any way to separate them.
