Possible Hardware Failure

Hi all,

A few moments ago I booted up my Xbox 1X and there was network connection. I tried to connect and input the usual credentials and and I knew as soon as the blue circle went round a few times I knew something wrong. Apparently after trying again, I am being
told there is a possible hardware failure. Has this happened to anyone on here?

Hey guys I'm having some issues wity OG xbox one it wont boot up all the way powers on for maybe five seconds then shuts down not sure what to do

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have question on hardware. This could be a hardware issue. Try a

power cycle on the console. Then once back on, try and connect. If still having the issue you may need a repair which can be set up on

device support.

Thanks for responding. The power supply seems to be functioning perfectly. Nothing happens without the HDD.

How's your power supply? That should have protected you from a surge. Try a different outlet, try without the HDD.
